CHIEDU NWEKE

Chiedu Nweke has a lot of experience in real estate in Nigeria particularly in the hydraulic sand filling and large reclamation of swampland for real estate development.

He conceived and founded Orange Island, and Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate, Lekki Phase I, in Lagos.

He was also involved in the sand filling of Lakowe Lakes, Adiva Estate, and Townville in Lagos for ARM Properties Limited. He was involved in the reclamation and sand filling of Agbowa Timber Village, Ikorodu, Lagos.

He is a Lawyer and a Senior Member of the Lagos Bar Association. He holds an LLB
from the University of Nigeria and LLM from Lagos State University.

Before moving into real estate, he was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of West African Waste Management Limited, an oil waste treatment company servicing the oil majors like Shell, Exxon Mobil, AGIP, etc. He was also involved in both Shenker Shipping Limited and Lintel Shipping Limited both oil tanker logistic companies.

Mr Nweke’s expertise and experience include transportation and logistics of oil waste management and handling particularly from offshore locations, job coating, personal training, HSE, and regulatory compliance.

He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Periwinkle Residences
Limited developers of Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate, Lekki, Lagos.

He sits on the board of several companies including Orange Island Development
Company Limited, a company he founded with his partners in FW Dredging Limited.
Mr Nweke is married with children.

TONIE NWUME
(GROUP CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER)

Tonie is a professionally minded individual with reliability, drive, enthusiasm, and a natural achiever.

He has vast and enriching experience in Computer Science, financial services, and business re-engineering processes. He has worked locally and abroad with Information Technology firms and banks.

He commenced his banking career in 1990 at the now-defunct Oceanic Bank International Plc. He later relocated to the United States of America in 1998 where he worked as an IT consultant to companies such as   Diamond Shamrock Inc. Houston, Texas; The Computer Merchants, Norwell, Massachusetts; and AT&T, New York

In 2000, Tonie returned to Nigeria and worked as Head of Information Technology Department and ICT consultant to several organizations, helping in setting up and restructuring their ICT departments and re-engineering business processes.

Tonie occupied various positions such as Acting MD/CEO, Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer among others at various times.

He has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and has undergone extensive training in ICT and custody operations around the world. He attended the Securities Settlement and Global Custody Training by the International Faculty of Finance London.

HAssan jaafar
(Technical consultant)

Arc. Hassan Jaafar is dynamic, skilful. savvy, intelligent and ambitious architect-engineer with experience in various projects, design and construction of luxury houses, home units, commercial buildings, urban design, and heritage & conservation.

He has demonstrated experience and abilities with a broad variety of projects and has the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

He possesses impeccable technical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of Auto CAD, 3ds Max, REVIT, Microsoft Office, Adobe and other graphics communication programs.

Hassan has an excellent working knowledge of contracts administration, which is one of his strong points. His attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project he works on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. Arc. Jaafar is comfortable working as part of a team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises.

FRANCOIS RAUTENBACH
(TECHNICAL DIRECTOR)

Mr. Francois has an MBA in Real Estate Management from the University of South Africa, School of Business & Leadership, and a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Pretoria. He is a registered member of the South African Council for the QS Profession and an Associate of the South African Council of Valuers.

Mr. Francois has extensive experience in construction and property development. He has over 35 years’ experience in the building/civil construction industry and has expertise in all aspects of professional project management services. He is skilled in cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis, contract administration, and quantity surveying. He has a deep knowledge of commercial property development initiation and execution and is computer literate in professional contract administration and project management programs.

GAMAL ABU-HENEIDY
(TECHNICAL PROJECT
CONSULTANT/MANAGER)

Engr. Gamal Abu-Heneidy is an Infrastructure Specialist with over 38 years of experience in Consultancy Engineering. He holds an MBA in Management Consultancy from Wales University, UK, MSc in Hydrology/Hydrogeology and B.Sc Civil Engineering from Cairo University, Egypt

He is a registered member of COREN & International Management Academy. He is an Egyptian and a Nigerian Citizen and has worked in West Africa for over 27 years, during which he participated and was involved in several key projects.

His Key Experience/Specialization includes Operation Management, Business Development, Projects Management, Projects Control, Projects Coordination, Infrastructure Design Management, Contracts Management, Projects Auditing, and Business Administration.

VICTOR ENYINGWA
(HEAD, SALES & MARKETING)

Victor Enyingwa is a BSc. Degree holder in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He also has an MSc. in Estate Management and an Msc. in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the International Facilities management association in the USA. He has vast experience in the real estate sector.

He is also a facility manager and a business development officer. He is the Head of Sales & Marketing in Periwinkle Residences Limited
